I had to visit the office on several different ocassions for faults of my own forgetting my check book, work not letting me give up my passport for a certain period of time.. but these two gentleman were seriously kind and helpful. They made it an incredibly easy process for me and I really appreciated their great customer service. I had visited the post office in San Leandro before going to this office and was treated like absolute dirt.. so Arty and Sean were a refreshing change. “ Excellent service from the young lady I had the pleasure of meeting the morning of 192017...I arrived there around 830am for a Passport renewal. The sign on the door said 900, but this young lady went out of her way to get me on my way, quickly. She checked all my documents even made a decent photo copy of my Driver License. She was very, very PROFESSIONAL oh, CUTE too. Reminded of Sheila E. there for a moment, lol. I didnt get her name, but shes a light complected African American woman, very nice looking.
